Ticket Terms

1. All-ages admission

POINT ZERO is an all-ages event. Government-issued identification is not required for ordinary admission when a valid ticket or QR credential is successfully presented. SANTISWRLD LLC may request identification or other reasonable verification when reasonably necessary to resolve a ticket transfer, ticket recovery, duplicate-ticket, fraud, or similar identity-related issue.

For attendees under 13, a parent or legal guardian should complete the online ticket purchase and ticket-management process on the attendee's behalf. SANTISWRLD LLC does not provide childcare or custodial supervision.

2. Check-in, wristbands, and re-entry

Each valid ticket permits admission for one attendee unless the ticket states otherwise. Guests must present a valid ticket or QR credential through the approved check-in process. One standard admission wristband may be issued after check-in. The wristband confirms onsite admission but does not create a right of re-entry.

No re-entry. Once a guest enters and subsequently leaves the venue, that guest's admission ends, except where event staff authorize a reasonable accessibility, emergency, safety, or legally required exception.

3. Arrival and late arrival

Doors are scheduled to open at 7:00 PM. Late arrival is permitted while the event remains in progress. No refund or credit is provided solely because a guest arrives late or misses part of the event. POINT ZERO concludes at 11:00 PM, and tickets have no admission value after the event has ended.

4. Pricing, processing, and sales tax

Current admission prices are Early Bird $15, General Admission $20, and Day-Of $25. These are the customer-facing prices. Stripe payment-processing costs are borne by SANTISWRLD LLC and are not added as a mandatory customer processing fee. No Massachusetts sales tax is added to the admission-only ticket under the current event structure.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

If POINT ZERO is canceled and is not rescheduled, the original purchaser will receive a full refund to the original payment method for the ticket amount paid, including any mandatory ticket charges collected by SANTISWRLD LLC where required by law.

If POINT ZERO is materially postponed or rescheduled, existing tickets remain valid. A purchaser who cannot attend may request a refund within 7 calendar days after SANTISWRLD LLC sends notice, provided the request arrives before the rescheduled event. Send the request to santiswrldllc@gmail.com from the purchase email address and include the relevant order or ticket information.

If a properly purchased ticket is not delivered before the event through no fault of the purchaser, fails to provide the represented admission, or is materially misdescribed, SANTISWRLD LLC will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund. Other refund requests may be considered case by case but are not guaranteed. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

6. Ticket transfers and missing tickets

Tickets may be transferred at no additional SANTISWRLD transfer fee. The original purchaser must contact santiswrldllc@gmail.com from the purchase email and provide the order or ticket information plus the new attendee's name and email. SANTISWRLD LLC will invalidate the original credential and issue a replacement. A transfer is complete only when SANTISWRLD LLC confirms it.

Advance requests are strongly encouraged. Same-day requests are handled on a reasonable best-efforts basis before the original ticket has been checked in. Forwarding or screenshotting a QR code is not an official transfer. SANTISWRLD LLC is not responsible for private transfer payments, and any approved refund returns to the original payment method.

If a purchaser cannot locate a confirmation or access a ticket, contact santiswrldllc@gmail.com from the purchase email and provide the available order information. Do not purchase a duplicate ticket unless instructed to do so. Keep QR credentials private.

7. Lineup, schedule, and conduct

Performance order, set times, supporting performers, and programming details may reasonably change and do not by themselves create a refund right. If a principal advertised headliner is removed before doors and the event nevertheless proceeds, SANTISWRLD LLC will notify purchasers and provide any refund option required by law or separately announced based on the materiality of the change.

Guests must comply with reasonable instructions from authorized event, venue, and security personnel concerning safety, crowd flow, entry, egress, and venue operations. Unauthorized access to restricted areas, unlawful conduct, threats, violence, unsafe behavior, or conduct that materially interferes with the event or other guests may result in refused entry or removal.

8. Accessibility and recording notice

Club Illusions is represented to SANTISWRLD LLC as wheelchair accessible. Contact santiswrldllc@gmail.com as early as reasonably possible for disability-related accommodations or questions about accessible entry or participation.

POINT ZERO will be photographed, filmed, and audio recorded. Attendees in public event areas may appear incidentally in crowd, documentary, archival, or promotional event footage. Featured interviews, staged appearances, or other uses materially beyond ordinary event documentation may require separate consent where applicable.

9. Privacy, electronic agreement, and governing law

Ticket and purchaser information may be used to process payment, issue and administer admission credentials, provide ticket support, process approved refunds and transfers, prevent misuse or fraud, maintain event records, and communicate material event updates. Optional marketing communications remain separate from ticket purchase and require separate consent.

By affirmatively accepting these Ticket Terms during checkout and completing the transaction, the purchaser agrees to these Terms electronically. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts except where applicable law requires otherwise.
