Ticketing Privacy Notice

1. Who controls ticketing data

SANTISWRLD LLC operates the POINT ZERO ticketing experience and is the customer-facing ticket seller. Privacy questions may be sent to santiswrldllc@gmail.com.

2. Information collected for ticketing

SANTISWRLD LLC may collect purchaser name and email, selected ticket type and quantity, order and payment status, ticket/refund/transfer/check-in status, customer-service communications, source or campaign attribution, and limited technical or security records needed to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and prevent misuse of the ticketing system.

Date of birth and government-issued identification are not required for ordinary online purchase or ordinary all-ages admission. Reasonable verification may be requested only when needed to resolve recovery, transfer, fraud, duplicate-ticket, or similar identity issues.

3. Payments

Payment is processed through Stripe's secure checkout environment. SANTISWRLD LLC receives transaction and payment-status information needed to confirm payment, issue tickets, account for sales, process approved refunds, and resolve payment issues. SANTISWRLD LLC does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers in its ticketing database.

4. How ticketing information is used

Information may be used to process purchases; issue digital tickets and QR credentials; prevent duplicate or unauthorized admission; process official transfers and invalidate replaced credentials; process approved refunds and invalidate refunded credentials; provide support and resend tickets; communicate material event updates; administer check-in and capacity; prevent fraud or security incidents; and maintain accounting, dispute, legal, and operational records.

5. Service providers and operational recipients

The production ticketing system uses Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for private ticket/order records and backend functions, Resend for transactional ticket and event email, Vercel for application hosting and request delivery, and a private Google Sheets operations ledger for authorized sales and settlement administration.

Kit receives purchaser information only when a person separately and affirmatively opts into applicable marketing communications. These providers process information as needed for their respective services, subject to their own terms, privacy practices, and SANTISWRLD LLC's applicable configuration and controls.

6. Transactional communications and optional marketing

Purchasing a ticket does not automatically enroll a purchaser in general marketing. SANTISWRLD LLC may send transactional communications needed to deliver and administer the ticket or event. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not preselected.

7. Transfers, children, and event recording

For an official transfer, SANTISWRLD LLC may collect the replacement attendee's name and email solely to complete reassignment and issue a replacement credential. The original credential is invalidated. Any refund remains payable only to the original payment method.

POINT ZERO is all ages, but SantisWorld.com is not designed as a child-directed online service. If an attendee is under 13, a parent or legal guardian should complete the purchase and ticket-management process.

POINT ZERO will be photographed, filmed, and audio recorded. Ticketing data is not used to create an age-profile database or facial-recognition system.

8. Retention, security, and requests

Ticketing and transaction records are retained as reasonably necessary to administer the event, complete accounting and settlement, process refunds or chargebacks, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain legitimate business records. Information no longer reasonably necessary should be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived under applicable practices.

SANTISWRLD LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Access to purchaser, order, ticket, and check-in records is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with an operational need.
